Can I get a product catalogue from Inspired Wellness?

How do I order?

You can order anytime through our online store, during business hours by phone, email or arrange pick up from our Caulfield, Melbourne office by appointment only. Also, check with us if we’re going to be in your local area, or exhibiting at a trade fair you’ll be attending.

You will find photos of our product packages with brief and full descriptions of our products on our partners only website. You will find our shop online facility is very easy to use. We usually respond within 12- 24 hours or even less in many cases.

How will you ship to me?

Australia-wide, we generally ship by Australia Post in a standard satchel. We will let you know the delivery fee by email or phone or include it in the invoice before you place your order.

For international orders we can put you in touch with a representative to help you get hold of these wonderful products in a location near you. Just let us know where you are based.

What are your delivery times?

We ship direct to you from the same or next working day of receival of payment in our account. We will respond to your order within 12 to 24 hours. Posted items generally arrive the next day for Victorian residents or allow 2-3 days to reach you for interstate. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock we’ll place it on back order. Waiting times for back orders vary, and we’ll keep you informed.

Do you have a sales rep who can come and see me?

At present we don’t have a rep in every state, but that needn’t be an issue. We have systems and services in place to keep you well stocked with the products and information you want. Thanks to technology, working together from a distance is a whole lot easier. Not keeping a regular rep on the road in no way hinders your access to our products, and also helps us minimize our carbon footprint. We can send you a product catalogue or you can view most of our collection on our website, which has detailed information and pictures of our product packages.

Best of all, you can take advantage of our FREE Wellness Sampler Package which means you can get a taste and experience of the products before committing to a purchase. Having said all of that, from time to time we may make a trip out your way or may attend a trade fair in your city and if this is the case, we can arrange a time to meet with you.

I’ve heard so much about your extensive range of lifestyle and nutritional products. Why can’t I see it all on your website, and how can I purchase it?

We do have a very extensive collection of products and as you can imagine, it’s very difficult to maintain a catalogue of all of these pieces online. We have customised packages with your client’s needs in mind, rather than focusing on single items. If however you would like to purchase an individual item, contact us and we can assist with your purchase.

This service is designed to allow you to try and get a taste of Inspired Wellness before you buy. If you are local we can meet face to face or otherwise we’ll handpick a selection of our most popular wellness products according to your specific request or client needs and send it to you anywhere in Australia. You can then experience how fantastic and easy these products are to fit into the busiest lifestyles and be confident of introducing them to your client base. It will also give you a better idea of which products would be most suited to your clients before you invest in any stock. How do I pay for my order?

You can shop online or place a phone order or pick up from our Caulfield Melbourne base by appointment only. We accept payment via major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, EFTpos, PayPal or Cash on pickup only. You can also transfer payments to our bank account via direct deposit.

Do you supply point of sale aids and packaging?

Yes. For our Inspired partners we supply professional quality visual aids including full colour posters and information that support your stock or display. We also supply a full marketing & educational toolkit to all our partners to save time, energy, money & accelerate their results with promotion in their business. Click here for more info.

What happens if an item is damaged or expired when i receive it or I am not happy with my purchase for any reason?

If you return any faulty or expired item to us we will happily replace it for you with a good quality one. If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, please tell us. We do not offer refunds but do have an exchange policy. If you don’t like the taste of a particular product we can exchange the flavour for a different one that you will like better or will find an alternative product instead that may be more suitable for your needs. If for some reason, you have used it according to our recommendations and believe it has not delivered the results you were expecting, then return it to us and we will exchange it for a different product of your choice from our range to the same value or give you an inspired gift voucher valued at 40% of the total value to use in our store. (to be redeemed by the purchaser only and not to be passed on to others)
